To start, the XN253QX features a 24.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) panel with a super-high refresh rate of 240Hz. It’s also fitted with NVIDIA’s G-Sync module, meaning that the gaming display would pair very well with all of the GPU maker’s GeForce RTX Super and non-Super graphics cards. What sets the XN253QX apart from the crowd is its incredibly fast response time of 0.4 seconds. Something that Acer claims allows gamers to achieve “amazingly accurate gameplay even in the fastest action scenes”.
The XN253QX also boasts a display panel with thin bezels and a 170 degrees viewing angle. Unfortunately, the monitor doesn’t look like it is able to swivel completely into a portrait mode. On the bright side, it does come with a built-in stand that is also height-adjustable. Ports-wise, you’re looking at a HDMI 1.4 port and a DisplayPort 1.2 ports around the back of the monitor. Along with four USB 3.0 ports built into it. Oh, and there’s also dual 2W speakers built into the display as well. The Acer Predator XN253QX will retail at an SRP of US$499 (~RM2066). At the time of writing, Acer Malaysia did not announce a local availability or price. (Source: Acer via Hot Hardware)
