Specifically, the 13.4.1 update for iOS fixes and issue with FaceTime where devices running on iOS 13.4 were unable to participate in FaceTime calls with devices running on an older version of iOS or OS X. iOS 9.3.6 and OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 or earlier, to be precise. The fix also fixes a bug pertaining to Bluetooth activation, where doing so from within OS’ quick actions menu would fail to activate it. The same fixes that apply to iOS 13.4.1 also apply to iPadOS 13.4.1. However, the latter gets one additional fix-up with the patch; it addresses a flashlight issue that seemed to manifests itself on the 4th generation iPad Pro 12.9-inch and 2nd generation iPad Pro 11-inch. Apparently, the flashlight wouldn’t turn on after tapping the Flashlight button in either the Control Center or the Lock screen. 9to5Mac says that while Apple did not explicitly mention it, the update may have also included a fix for a VPN vulnerability that has existed since iOS 13.3.1.
