The VG279QM is a unique gaming monitor, in that it has a unique maximum refresh rate of 280Hz when overclocked and maximum non-overclocked refresh rate of 240Hz. Additionally, it’s also got a 1ms response time, but only in GTG (grey-to-grey). Other features of the VG279QM include its 27-inch Full HD panel, plus its VESA certification of HDR400. On top of that, the monitor is also NVIDIA G-SYNC compatible and for good measurer, ASUS has also thrown in its ELMB-Sync anti-tearing technology inside as well.
Ports-wise, the VG279QM comes with a DisplayPort 1.2 port and two HDMI 2.0b port. Last but not least, its also comes with built-in RGB lighting that can be activated and customised through the brand’s Aura Sync RGB software. (Source: ASUS via Facebook, Lazada)
