They come in the form of the newly announced GeForce RTX 3050 and RTX 3050 Ti graphics. As per what we mentioned in our previous report, these new graphics cards are real RTX-class releases as they are indeed capable of delivering real-time ray tracing and support NVIDIA DLSS anti-aliasing technology. If you are expecting these new graphics options to also carry the equally new 11th Gen Intel Core H-series processors, unfortunately, that is not the case at the moment. According to the listing on Dell Malaysia’s website, the new RTX 3050 and RTX 3050 Ti graphics are being paired with the Intel Core i7-10870H. At the same time, the RTX 3050 model also comes with 8GB of RAM while the RTX 3050 Ti option is equipped with 16GB instead. Regardless of the variant that you choose, both of them feature a 15.6-inch Full HD 120Hz display with a VA panel as well as a 512GB solid state drive. In terms of pricing, the G15 with RTX 3050 is usually priced at RM 4,999 but is currently being offered at RM 4,599. Similarly, the RTX 3050 Ti model is available at a slightly lower price of RM 5,199 as compared to its standard price tag of RM 5,599. If you want the laptop with the 11th Gen Intel Core H-Series instead, you have to wait until the end of June. Dell has informed us that the base specs will carry Intel Core i5, 8GB of RAM, 512GB SSD, RTX 3050, Full HD display, and RM 4,199 price tag. (Source: Dell Malaysia.)
