Google in its @madebygoogle Twitter account have announced that the company has unveiled a new Captions feature in its Duo app. With this feature now made available, Google Duo users can now have their video and voice call conversations transcribed by the app itself.
In a 10 second video posted on the Twitter account, a Google Pixel 4a device was used to reveal how the new feature would work on an Android operating system. However, regardless of the device you use, both Android and iOS users will be able to have their voice and video conversations transcribed Live by the Duo app. While this new update on the Google Duo app is certainly a great add-on feature to experience, users might want to take note of possibilities should the app have trouble transcribing other languages besides English.
