The laptops are designed for both gaming and productivity, which promises high performance, spectacular graphics, enhanced cooling, and longer battery life. While both laptops are both thin and lightweight, their chassis and body are made of magnesium alloy which also provides enhanced durability. The Onyx Pro weighs at 1.5kg and is 18mm thick, while the Selenite Pro comes in at 2kg and 19mm thick.
Spec-wise, both laptops offer a 9th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, NVIDIA RTX 2060 6GB or RTX2070 8GB, 16GB RAM that’s expandable up to 32GB, 512GB NVMe storage, and two M.2 2280 SSD storage. Their cooling systems consists of 4 heatpipes, quad-vent, and dual-fan cooling. The Onyx Pro features a 15.6-inch 240Hz anti-glare IPS sRGB FHD display or a 15.6-inch Samsung AMOLED 4K display. Meanwhile, the Selenite Pro is equipped with either a 144Hz or 240Hz 17.3-inch anti-glare IPS sRGB FHD display. The displays on all variants features INFINIVISION Bezel-less Technology. As for battery life expectancy, the Onyx Pro is expected to run 4 to 6 hours on standard settings, while the Selenite Pro is at 8 to 12 hours under similar conditions. The Selenite Pro also comes with a Type-C Thunderbolt 3 USB 3.1 port. The Onyx Pro is priced at RM6499 for the RTX2060 240Hz variant, RM7298 for the RTX2060 4K, RM7598 for the RTX2070 240Hz, and RM8397 for the RTX2070 4K. On the other hand, the Selenite Pro is retailing at RM6699 for the RTX2060 144Hz variant, RM7098 for the RTX2060 240Hz, RM7798 for the RTX2070 144Hz, and RM8197 for the 240Hz.
