Until 9 March, To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before will be free to stream on Netflix. You don’t even have to sign up for an account. All you have to do is head to the movie’s page, and hit “play”. We’ve tested it for ourselves and can confirm that it works in Malaysia. You can do so yourself using the link at the bottom of this page.

— Netflix (@netflix) February 11, 2020 You can take it as a kind gesture by Netflix, which is apt, going by what’s on the calendar. Or, more likely, this is a promo run for the sequel that’s also out this week, which is understandable. If people like what they see, there’s a chance that they will sign up to immediately watch the sequel. From there, they can then discover what else the streaming giant has on its platform, which will keep them subscribed. This appears to not be the first time Netflix has made its shows free to stream. It has made the first episode of The Crown season three free in the UK before. And in India, it made the first episode of Bard of Blood  free to watch. (Source: Netflix [1], [2], Engadget, TNW)
