The leak came via a post on ResetEra, in the form of three images showing what may be the Russian UI of the PS5. As is common with such leaks, the images themselves aren’t of the best quality. The UI being in Russian doesn’t help either, and there’s the matter of the presence of a mouse cursor. But from them, we’d guess they are showcasing the capture gallery of the console, using 3.3GB of the available 664GB.

This would also mean that the PS5 operating system takes up about 161GB of space on its own. On its own, it doesn’t sound too bad. But it still means less games you can have stored on the console at any given time. Ultimately though, this leak should be taken with the usual pinch of salt. But at the same time, it does help to mentally prepare for if that’s the actual storage space that PS5 owners will have to work with. (Source: ResetEra via GamesRadar+)
